Greetings!

Is it possible to expand the "Uncertain/Yes/No" options for "Are you planning to attend this meeting?"

Given the hybrid nature of some clubs, I think having "Uncertain/Virtual/In-Person/No" options would be valuable.

I've asked members to add a Meeting Note at the bottom saying whether they plan to join on Zoom or in-person, but the members have been slow to do so.

We're having our first hybrid meeting this week! Giving attendees the option to choose in-person, or remote would be helpful.

Question: How can an attendance report have in-person/remote options in the legend when I can't see a way to input that data?

Question?
Why is important whether a member attends virtually or in person?
My club has been running a hybrid meeting for a year now and we don't care which way a member attends as long as the attend.

Thank you,

Hey Brian,

If ten people are coming to the meeting, I don't want to print 10 agendas if eight are attending virtually.
If my speech evaluator is going to be there, I'll print my evaluation form.  If my speech evaluator is joining virtually, I'll email it.
A speaker is giving a presentation.  Am I lugging a projector and screen to the meeting, or am I enabling screen share?
Etc.

We have also two additional reasons to know if members are online vs in-person:
> We set up the hybrid *only* if there will be members attending online. If no-one marks themselves to attend online, the tech wizards won't carry the gear and come early for the setup.
> Our venue capacity is limited, i.e. we may need to encourage members to attend online if it looks like the room is getting full. This is because we have many members who prefer in-person attendance but are still wary for health reasons so understanding the numbers in the room is helpful to members, too.

Hi Brian,
We have had several instances where this feature would be really handy.  Has there been any consideration with respect to expanding on the attendance feature?  I think hybrid is here to stay, so I would highly recommend having a branch response.  Attending? Y/N.  If N, then disable user for the agenda that week (as it is operating now).  If Y, then ask an additional question In person/Virtually?

I welcome your input.

We are planning on piloting hybrid meetings, so I want to track the remote vs. in-person attendance for a few months to determine interest and sustainability - as we have been meeting virtually since COVID.  I'm surprised the report has the remote option, but there is not way to actually set it through the website.  Can you please enable this feature?
