Howdy to all our fellow Toastmasters and selfless volunteers.  Please change access to altering Agenda Header available to ALL MEMBERS.

We have a "theme" and "word of the day" on each Agenda.  Each week we have a different member filling the role of Toastmaster (who picks theme), and Grammarian (who chooses Word of the Day, enters definition, and a sample sentence).

Currently only 3 Officers have access to change this (should be all Officers honestly) as part of current system set up. We would like header to be available to ALL MEMBERS, so the person representing that role can fill in that information in advance without having to wait on an Officer to do so for them.

This is about encouraging Leadership after all.....

Thanks from Club 6556139     lawofattraction.toastmastersclubs.org/

Moved to suggestions.

You have other places on the agenda that a member can put WOD like the notes.
Or you can make a role for WOD and give the role update access

Thank you,

If you give the Toastmaster and the Grammarian roles edit access, they will see the pencil icon and be able to edit the agenda (including the Meeting Description)
See the Edit Role & Role Type sections here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda

As Brian and Pam indicate, there are plenty of ways to do this that are already implemented.

Therefore, I am declining your request.
