This has happened so many times: Somebody modifies an agenda and accidentally hits the large, bright blue "Save as New Agenda" button, instead of the smaller, seemingly greyed-out "Save" button.  Then you have two agendas with the same date on them! They appear identically in the agenda selection dropdown, which causes all sorts of confusion, and is difficult to reconcile. To make matters worse, the bogus agenda causes notifications to be sent out to the (previously confirmed?) functionaries.

There are various ways to prevent this. One is to make the "Save as New Agenda" button less conspicuous. Maybe even have it be a checkbox. Then there should be some sort of confirmation. Perhaps force a date to be specified .. after all, how often would you want to have two agendas with the same date?
