Hello FTH Friends, At Jefferson State Toastmasters, we post the theme of each meeting in the Meeting Description section of the Agenda each week. Currently, we give the Toastmaster the Site Admin login to access the agenda and post their theme for the meeting they will lead. The present system only allows up to 3 officers on the leadership team to be authorized access to the agenda via the edit button on each agenda. Have you considered giving the Toastmaster access to agenda settings so they can update the agenda with their theme or any last minute changes? Thank you for supporting this system. We don't recommend sharing the admin password.

One of the options in each role is to grant the role access to 'edit this meeting agenda'.
