Without editing the existing template, how might one add a guest speaker role to the agenda and still be able to access pathways drop-down menus?

Create an entry in your site's Member list who's name is a meeting roll. For example: Guest Speaker. If you put this name in braces {Guest Speaker} it will be forced to the bottom of the Members list instead of appearing alphabetically.

Anyone with the ability to Create/Edit agendas will be able to set this 'person' as a speaker and then be able to complete the Pathways dropdown, speech title and introduction.
