Several club and district leaders have expressed the need to customize their agenda (beyond the header for the theme and word/idiom of the day) or at least add a second page that can be customized for help informing their attendees of the meeting roles and members of announcements and goals (beyond the meeting notes ).

For example, some clubs use the second page for showing the  meeting roles  with any custom roles (e.g., profiler, agile leader floater).  Others showcase their program schedule for the term with a roadmap to becoming a distinguished club (attached) like 407 , etc.  I've also attached the agenda for Jade Bilingual Toastmasters Club where they requested a more readable layout for the project info the speaker, title, and evaluator names on the same row of a table from a visual designer's perspective.

There are plenty of opportunities for customizing your agendas and adding links - some suggestions
You could add the link to role descriptions in the header, or to the specific roles in the role description portion of the agenda
You can upload other linked documents such as your roadmap / club success plan, meeting minutes and more in the attachments area at the bottom of the agenda.
You can add a "dummy role" to the start or end of the agenda to include other notes in the description
