5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

You need to scroll to the bottom of the default agenda (in the admin console) and click on Meeting Agenda Global Settings.
See the screenshot for the location of the email settings drop-down list. If it's any consolation, I didn't see it straight away, either.
