1. The "search..." box above searches the Docs & Forum Posts. The "Search" tab above just searches the Forum Posts. :side:
Please use these to search for your issue *before* creating a new message topic, as your issue may have been previously solved.
2. Please put your Club # and Club Web Address in your Forum Signature (best) OR in each post to get faster support from us.
Click here to edit your signature at the bottom of the Profile Information tab.
3. Our user and admin docs are available at: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc "There's a doc for that!" ;)
4. There is an "Opt In" Feature for newly added members. The Opt In document explains the strikethrough member information. Click Here to View the Post
5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

The members and/or admin/officers can now update public profiles -- brief bios for each of the members. This was meant to be replaced by social network links, but now we have both.

I entered a bio, saved and went to view, but nothing was there. When I went back in to edit my profile, everything I entered in the bio was gone.

YEP, same here! Zippo, Zilch, Nada there! ...and I put so much effort into it, It was Fantastic, indcredible, it was the Bio of all Bio's... now I'll have to write my Bio an obituary!


That is why I couldn't see anything on the meet the members page, it was gone!

Kudos to the FTH2 developers for 2 excellent enhancements in as many days. First you provide a way to do direct file links. Now, you give us a way to add member bios. Our club uses this for PR. Many members write a short commercial about the advantages of being a member in our club. Having this feature is golden for us. (The social media angle isn't working for us yet.) Thanks for listening. Our Meet Our Members page looks ever so much better.

As everyone now knows, IT WORKS! By the wAY, some year when things settle down, perhaps we can get HTML in the bios and officer comments, and maybe a tad more than 100 words too! Thanks Bo! The virtual folders in file manager are great too ...wish I had them in FTH 1.0!!! Now, if you can let us LINK to the files in our uploads, we can REALLY Fly!
