Some enhancements to the agenda:
The same role requiring multiple member signups (ie speakers,evaluators) can now be written with "#X" (where X represents a number), so the role reports will count those as just one role. For example,

Speaker #1
Speaker #2
Speaker #3

will all show up on the role report as just "Speaker", keeping the stats accurate for those who have taken the role. Roles for one member with multiple items on the agenda should be entered by enclosing the keyword with "*". For example,

*Toastmaster* Welcomes Members and Guests
*Toastmaster* Closes Meeting

will appear to members, and on the printed agenda as

Toastmaster Welcomes Members and Guests
Toastmaster Closes Meeting

BUT, these roles are now linked together by the keyword "Toastmaster", so when someone signs up for the first role, the member is also shown as taken the other roles using that keyword*. [*]The admin, TM of the meeting, and/or VPED can now assign a name to roles that are set as roles in which members cannot sign up for. This is ideal for agenda items like "President Conducts Business" -- now the name of the president can appear on the agenda just like the other names.

* when a member select a role, it will not immediately populate all the associated roles, it will require a refresh to see them.

One more change I forgot to add... I change the printed agenda so the photos will be 1/2 the size when printed.

Another change I forgot to mention (don't worry, this will all be in the docs), I am now recognizing "Contestmaster" and any title with the word "Chair" in it as toastmaster of the meeting, so they will have TM access to the agenda.

Bo, you outdid yourself with this round of fixes. Excellent response to this community. That helps solve several things on my wish list - almost like Christmas, but earlier. Now back to the agenda template.

The title with the word Chair will encompass role name like Chair, Chairman, Chairwoman, Chairperson, Contest Chair, etc.

What happens when both Chair and Toastmaster are on the Agenda, which is the case in our Club and others I know of.

Is the first one found be the Official person allowed to update the agenda. That would be the case in many Clubs, but I cannot make a blanket statement that the case is always true.

Or will the Chair just be another person in the list of those with permission to edit the agenda, and let the Club decide which role will be responsible, i.e. VPEd, Chair, Toastmaster. (I didn't include the Admin since I see the Admin as a fixer if all else fails, before calling support.) Allowing both would be the most desirous situation, I feel.

Something else to consider (if there's not enough already) is having multiple Contest Chairs and Chief Judges. We had different chairs for our last contests, which allowed 2 people to get CL credit. We had only one Chief Judge for the evening, however it's the Chief Judge who arranges for the judges, so you might want the CJ to have access as well. I'm only saying...
