We have added the option to choose one of many template agendas, and creating more as time goes on. At this time, users cannot still create multiple custom templates, but they can submit one for consideration in the template library.

If anyone has any agendas that they feel would be a good contribution to the library, reply to this with the agenda URL. To qualify for inclusion,

The agenda must be properly created with corrected uses of the numbered roles and keywords in the role names
The agenda must be generic enough to be of use to many clubs
The agenda must be different enough from the templates that we already have in the library

At some point we will no longer be taking submissions. We will lock this thread when we have what we feel is a complete library of a variety of templates for length meetings, including contests.

MortgageGod Visitor	I would also suggest a contest agenda, while we don't use them that often, if we are going to go ahead a create a few agendas, we might as well include them. Another issue will be once you do that, most clubs probably won't create their own, and forget how to do it. If you don't use it, you lose it!

GeorgeSun Visitor	Thanks for sharing. Nice web sites. I do not believe that we can see your agenda templates as we are not a member of your clubs and can not log in. Bo, we have a noon time meeting and an evening meeting. Can we create two templates of ours with different times? I have one default. It's painful to go through to change all times for the evening meeting everytime. Thanks. George
