Can anyone tell me how to create a picture slideshow that starts automatically and loops continuously when a user opens the club webpage?

I tried to do this using a Flickr photostream but was unsuccessful.

I was able to get some code that allowed a slideshow to be embedded on the webpage, but the user had to click on it to start it and it did not continuously loop.

I created a Flickr™ slideshow with www.slideflickr.com/create/

This utility has options to allow photos to scroll and loop per your request.

I'm looking for something that will start automatically when the user opens the web page and will then loop continuously without stopping.

I don't wan the user to have to click on anything to get the slideshow started or to keep it going.

Someone from another club in my district told me that I need to use a java rotator script and sent me to this webpage

However, I have not been able to get anything to work.

We do not allow some types of Java/jquery scripts especially those that required file access.

Did you try creating a slideshow with www.slideflickr.com/create/

This utility has options to allow photos to automatically scroll without user input (default). It will also loop (repeat) the photos continuously.

I created the slideshow at www.slideflickr.com/create which integrated with my flickr account, but I don't know how to find the URL identifying where the slideshow is - I don't know if I'm making any sense. Whenever I try to look at the slideshow, I kind of have to create it over and over again. Perhaps I don't know where I saved it so that I can figure out which URL to place in the custom webpage.

Help - I am really a novice and have only been able to create the website by everyone else's assistance and my feeble brain!

After you create your slideshow, are you pasting the code onto your webpage? There is a line of code there for you to embed the slideshow.

When you're editing your club webpage, you can hit the "source" button and then paste in the slideshow code.

Yes, I pasted the code onto the webpage, but nothing happened.

I don't think I hit the "source" button though; I think I just pasted it into the square portion - you know what I mean.

I made a flickr slideshow from www.kvisoft.com/tutorials/add-flickr-photos-to-slideshow.html.
Kvisoft flash slideshow generator is very easy-to-use.
