Thank you for the re-writing of the agenda subsystem. Those are good changes.

In the new subsystem, we can set globally to include meeting notes in emailed and printed agendas. For the printed agenda, we typically have copies to distribute, those of which we do not want all the meeting notes. At the same time, we also have the printed copy for the Toastmaster of the day, in which we would like to include the meeting notes and introduction notes of speakers to facilitate. Do you have a mechanism to facilitate such a printed copy for the Toastmaster?

The choice is print agenda notes or do not print agenda notes.

but !

You could set the meeting notes not to print, but to show on the email of the agenda. Your Toastmaster could print the email version.

The printing ot the speakers introduction is separate. Please review the agenda documentation.
