Shorten Agenda Time slot for Speaker #1

AS VPED, our Agenda speaker# 1 has 10 minutes for Speaker #1's speech,. On Monday, our first speaker will give her Ice Breaker Speech for 4-6 minutes, is there an area to subtract minutes from the time frame. with this new format I do not see an area for that to happen, if there is an area please let me know where it is. Thank you in advance. Or if this is already there.
Please let me be aware of this new invention.

Lisa,

Click on the edit pencil for the meeting agenda. Click on the edit pencil for Speaker 1, scroll down. Change duration from 10 minutes to the amount you need. Save.

You should be all set.

It doesn't work, show me. It doesn't allow me access to that from that area with the new format. that would b e easy. This isn't.

I got it. I change the Scroll to go down from 10 minutes to 7 minutes. Somehow I rose above the confusion into the light . Thank you.
