Hi, I have been working on improving our meeting agenda. Working on building a solid default. In the process, I managed to now have to agendas dated August 2, 2012. I don't know if this i bug in the program which allows for multiple agendas with the same date or if it is something I did. I want to delete one (will attempt after the meeting tonight) but not sure which one the members are working on for the meeting.

Also a question on how to get a member's name to repeat on the agenda with only one sign up.

For example, I am not sure what symbols need to be wrapped around a word so when the member signes up for the role (i.e. Toastmaster) it will repeat the member's name in all agenda roles for the Toastmaster. Appreciate if you could advise which is correct:
"*Toastmaster*" or *Toastmaster* of "Toastmaster"

You could select both via the agenda drop down, print them, and then compare the printouts to see which has most recent information (the first one or the second one in the listing), then delete the other one.

In any case, I recommend that you figure this out and do the deletion sooner rather than later. The longer you wait the more likely that members will have entries on both agendas. (maybe not the same entries, but entries on both nonetheless) Waiting could make it more difficult to resolve the situation.

*Toastmaster* should work.
