I have tried several times to add the names of a large number of guests who attended our open house recently. At first, I added two names in this format: first last e-mail [guest]

The system accepted the additions and I was able to assign them as guests in the dropdown window.

Since that worked, I added in about 20 more names and e-mail addresses using the same format, but it keeps giving me an error message on many of them saying that the phone numbers are wrong. I didn't even put in any phone numbers.

Can you help resolve this, please?

1) you can all your guests at once. Just put in their information in one of the listed formats - name email phone
firstname lastname
firstname lastname email phone
firstname lastname email
etc

SAVE

2) Go to the pull down under the large box and assign the new entries as guests saving between each one.
