Did you click on the Save button after each edit?

I think you could end up with a situation similar to this if you fail to click the Save button after each edit. I have noticed that sometimes when I do a number of successive edits or deletes on an agenda without clicking on Save after each, I can occasionally end up with unintended, unpredictable results. Make sure you click on Save after editing each individual agenda item.

Yes, I click save after every single edit - all of my agenda templates show up with multiple roles.
log in and see. What the heck did I do wrong? I made some custom templates for our club now they don't work.

Please do not put passwords on here, as we have a way to log in as an admin to look at your website without you providing your admin password.

I had already looked at your website... I see what you are referring to. I can try to delete the duplicates, if you wish... I would like to let Brian take a look at this first in case there is some unintended behavior going on.

It would be very helpful if you can provide any additional details on the exact steps you took that resulted in what is shown in your screen shot.

This will aid in attempting to reproduce the problem.

I just had the same thing happen to me. I modified an agenda to match our club's format and then saved it as a new default template. When I went to apply it to new agendas, there were duplicate roles.

My club is Group Gab: 712981.
