Well, there is a couple of Save buttons in the form that you have to scroll down to... (see attached for one of them)

Note that completing the form is a Step by Step process.

Did you click on the appropriate Save button(s) at the proper point in the form completion process?

I did follow the instructions, more than once. Used Apple IOS using Safari and I also used Wincows XP system using IE

I logged in as the admin for your site and made a few changes. Let me know if they are still there.

I made the entries, then scrolled down to the Save Changes button and verified them in the letter.

your changes were there. I tried the same entries as before and scrolled down to the button, clicked it (it happens very fast) and nothing was saved for me

I can make changes in IE 9 and in Google Chrome.

What versions of Safari and IE did you try in? Are they the latest versions? Do you have the latest version of flash installed?

When you make the changes, are you logged in as a member (I see you are the club Treasurer) or as the website admin?

RogerM: If you are attempting to reproduce/verify Ronald's results, it might not be a true "apples to apples comparison" if Ronald is logged in as a member (w/ Treasurer access rights) and you log in as an Admin.

Ronald: can you please see if your website admin (logged in as an admin) can make changes on your Dues Management page and save them? I am trying to figure out if there is some issue with regards to a member w/ Treasurer access rights vs admin access to the Dues Management page...

Ok, thanks for "humoring me", trying it and being patient.

Also, thank you for the screen capture you provided earlier.

As Roger noted, he had no issues when he made changes to the Dues Management page.

Any additional information that you can provide that would help us reproduce the problem would ultimately enable us to provide a solution, or at least a workaround, if nothing else.

I will let Roger speak for himself, but at this point, I am uncertain as to what other suggestions I can provide to you.

As Steve mentioned, thank you for your patience with us asking you to try different things.

The only thing I can think of is if you were to give us a step by step of what you are doing.

1. I changed this field (___________) from ___________ to ____________
2. I clicked on Save Dues Notice Info
3. The results are ___________

If necessary, one of us can input the information for you from your screen shot to get you through this dues period, but I know that you, Steve, Jane and I would rather that we solve the problem.

I used Google Chrome and it worked!! This is the third machine I tried it on. XP with Chrome.

You have apparently encountered a browser version dependency. I would be willing to bet that you just need to upgrade your browser/use a different browser on the machines where you were unable to enter/save the information.
