Our Treasurer and I have both tried to change some of the editable fields in the Dues are Due letter--the last date checks are accepted, the "on or before" date, who checks can be given to, etc. We did this the last time semi-annual dues were collected with no problem. The data we entered then is what is still there. When we try to change the dates from March to September and add another name to who can receive checks, the new information isn't updated when we click the "save" button. Is there a glitch in the system or are we doing something wrong? We are following the same instructions we followed last spring when it worked just fine.

thanks,
Bob Byrd

Bob,

What browser and version are you using?

Have you cleared your cache?

Is your flash up to date?

I attempted to make these changes from work where I have no control over the browser and version--an outdated version of Internet Explorer. After reading your post I tried again from home where I have the latest version of Firefox and everything updated with no problem at all. I never would have guessed something like this would effect the "update-ability" of the Dues page. Thanks for the help Roger!

Bob,

Unfortunately, many new platforms needed to provide the good stuff is not compatible with older browsers. It's not just FreeToastHost, I work with other not for profit websites that have issues with older browsers as well.

Glad it worked.
