Since more than a week I could not access our club's website: nesma-partners.toastmastersclubs.org from my office PC while it opens from my mobile or home PC. Previously it was working fine. Even I could not open other club's websites having "toastmastersclubs.org" in their name. Also, it's happening to other users connected to our server. Our IT department so far could not identify the problem to find out the solution. Please advise whether our IT department needs to reconfigure any setting in the server.

We will need to know your works Internet IP address to see if that IP fhas Ben blocked.

I have no problem accessing the Internet sites from my computer. I am visiting several sites everyday. The problem is neither I nor others connected to our server can access our club's website or other clubs' websites having similar type of web addresses. My IP address was 192.100.112.151 which has been changed today to 192.168.112.66 . Even then the problem continues.

I hope you would be successful in identifying the problem and come out with a solution.

Hope you are keeping fine. I am still waiting for the solution from your end. I think you are the right person to solve this mystery. As i mentioned earlier, neither I nor our members/ employees connected to our server can access the clubs' websites having names with toastmastersclubs.org .

We have had many server attacks from IP addresses in the 94.77.0.0 range that is why the IP address was blocked.
The block has been removed for now but if the attacks happen again the IP addresses will be blocked again.

I am sorry to inform you that we could access our club's website only for two days. Has it been again blocked from your side? If so, we would appreciate if you kindly unblock it. Also, please advise as to whether our ISP has anything to do in this respect.

Do you have pages on your site that you copied from another site, if so you need to fix all the missing files, probably images.

Thanks for the reply. I have not copied any page from our previous website. All the images and pdf files are uploaded directly to the current website. For the images I used the "Image" icon in the relevant page. For the downloadable PDF files I used the File Manager. Examples of two such links are as follows:

However, to be sure I checked the source codes of all the pages. I found all links are for the current website.

Now I am able to access the website. As I mentioned earlier, please advise as to whether our ISP has anything to do in preventing the problem we are facing.

The issue is with your site and invalid links.
