The Administrator e-mail for our website is listed as This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This person is no longer receiving e-mails sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. nor This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Both seemed to work about a month or so ago, but stopped.

We have a custom website domain of www.burbanktoastmasters.org.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

the email are going to that email address, I can see the last email to officers went to Babara

I know this is an old post. The office started mysteriously receiving emails again for quite a while. However, in the last 2-3 weeks, she again is not receiving the meeting minutes sent out via the website. Same user email, this time she is VP of Education.

Can you verify if emails to the officers are being delivered and if there are any errors logged?

Thanks for checking. I had her check her spam / junk / trash folders but no emails from our TM website. This at least lets us know it is on her end.

Since you are using a custom domain you may need to add what is known as an SPF record.

You do this in your registrar's DNS control panel, as you are with godaddy, they have documented on how to do that.
