I have tried unsuccessfully to set up our club site on www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/. The "Submit
Request" button is greyed out (well actually "pinked" out) and there is no option to click it. :(

We did not have a site before and the previous VP of PR was listed as the POC. He believed he had attempted to start the site creation before and that it was what was preventing me from being able to continue the process. We went through the process of changing the contact information to my email and phone thinking that would help, but it did not.

Understand, we do not have a site, unless it is hidden somehow or never got published.

This is very frustrating as the new VP of PR. I really want to get the site created so it is available to our community.

Please let me know what I can do to expedite this process.

Thank you!

Debbi,

Your first step is to verify that the contact information on Toastmasters International is correct. See this FAQ for help: support.toastmastersclubs.org/administra...ontact-email-address

Then, you should be able use the new club link to activate the club website.

Thank you. However, I said in my post that we have gone through that process and it didn't help.

Please advise.

That happens when you do NOT enter the information correctly.
I filled out the form and the approval was send to the email listed on the toastmasters.org find-a-club
