Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 11672 Thank you received: 3881	We require that the club be a chartered Toastmasters Club and has a club number assigned by Toastmasters International. Horvie Topic Author Visitor	Thanks for your response. The problem is that Gavel Clubs can't be Chartered (according to TM rules) which is a bit of a dilemma because Teenagers (13-17) can't join a regular Toastmasters Club - their only choice is to form a Gavel Club.
