Create new agenda without removing the edited agenda 12 years 2 months ago #20565

I am editing a previous agenda to create a new one. After I make the date change and save it, the new agenda appears in the calendar but the old one (that I edited) disappears. I am trying to enter a few months worth of agendas.

Can you please help me? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Sue,

To create a new agenda from an existing agenda, click on Create New, then the + sign, enter a new date, then click on the create from template and choose the agenda you would like to copy. Change the start time if necessary and click Save.

Thank you Roger. That worked. I now understand the instruction. Could I suggest that it isn't clear though. May I suggest the following alternative instruction:

To create new meeting agenda click on +. To edit an existing agenda select it from the drop down menu and click on edit.

Thanks again
