Daniellelen Topic Author Visitor	We have a few members that are challenged technologically. I need to go into the agenda and replace the name of an evaluator with the name of another person. Both these members are having trouble understanding how to do this. Can I go in and replace the name in the agenda with another name? Thanks much.

Please include your club number in your forum signature--it helps us find your club much quicker.

I logged into your club as an admin and took a look. Everything looks fine... you probably need to invest some time in getting your members up to speed on the website. I would recommend creating a speech for credit on the subject of effectively using the agenda features in the website--I did this for my club. You could include an overhead with screen shots or you can just do handouts for your members as part of your speech.

Also, your members can remove themselves from a role by simply clicking on the X under the role. See attached for details.

Thank you Steve for pointing out the pencil, I missed it and will include in the future my club number in my signature. I have already done a session on our web site as one of my speeches using the internet and put together a manual for club members that is ssved under member downloads TCT manual with screen shots. But, there are a few member that need one on one sessions, they have difficulty simply understanding computer basics.
