I am noticing an issue with the Multiple Meeting Signup report.

Please see attached PDF.

I edited my club's Normal Meeting agenda template to make our agendas more concise.
I basically condensed role descriptions and deleted unnecessary, superfluous agenda items in the updated template.

I then deleted existing agendas for 11/17 and 12/1 and recreated them with the new template.

Upon doing this, my assignments for the TM, TTM, and GE (I re-added them) are not showing up in the Multiple Meeting Sign-up sheet for these meeting dates.

What gives?

Ok, so you are saying that the roles that are assigned and not signed up for do not show on this report???

If so, it would appear that I misunderstood what would show on this report.

We are in the process of going to an assigned rotation for the TM, TTM, and GE roles.
So they will not be signed up for in the future... they will be assigned by the VPE on a rotating basis.
So, if I understand you correctly, they will no longer show up on this report, correct? (That might be a problem for us.)

Yes. and people in "assigned roles" could go online and remove themselves without anyone knowing, either...
That was the real point of unchecking "This is a role for which members can sign up"... not the signing up part, but the "un-signing up part".

I wanted to make sure that people in assigned roles with schedule conflicts actually tried to resolve them (rather than ditching) by swapping dates with another member and informing the VPE (me) to make the switch in the assigned roles. I was thinking that people would see roles they were assigned to on the Multi-Meeting signup sheet in our meetings and address conflicts by swapping with another member at the meeting, ideally.

Thinking of workarounds... Hmmm... I guess I could just change the checkbox for printing the sign-up sheet report prior to meetings and then change it back, right?
