several weeks ago, I was able to select/upload member photos as the admin. Now i can't. I have also asked Helen the VP of Education to try to log on as herself and upload her photo. She is not able to do this either.

I have looked through the FAQ's for answer to the upload photo question with no luck.

What error do you get when you try and upload a picture?

What is file size of the pictures you are trying to upload?

no error . . . says "photo saved!"

We cannot control which email the response goes to. You can click on Update Profile, then the Edit button to set your preferred email,

So back to your original post and problem, then...

I have logged into your website as an admin and I attempted to upload Helen's photo that you provided.
I was unsuccessful, also, and I observed the same behavior that you note.

On the off chance that there was something wrong with the photo, I loaded it in MS Paint and saved it to a different file format. I tried to upload again... still no success.

On the off chance that there is something wrong with your club website, I went to my club's website, deleted my own photo from my profile, and then tried to upload it again in the membership management area. I also was unsuccessful, there, as well. So... now I am without a photo, also.

I am using Internet Explorer 9... which browser & version are you using?

So... at this point, Brian will likely want to do a confirmation pass of his own, and if he can confirm this as a broken feature, it will be forwarded to tech support for resolution.

Thank you for your patience and resolve on this issue. I am sorry that it took so many replies to actually look into and confirm your issue... we frequently encounter website admins/users that claim to have a problem when it turns out to just be user error or a browser/website configuration issue.

I will have to get the programmer to look at this the admin console member picture up load has picked up a human in the code.

The Member profile picture upload does work.

I got a strange e-mail from the Admin@toastmas (FreeToastHost Forum) abount uploading photos.

It was all about some kind of shoes about three paragraphs and it was signed with a German name.
I thought you would be interested to know this.

Every once in a while, we get spammed. In order to block the sender, we sometimes have to approve them, and the message gets through to the person that started the topic. Maybe I did it incorrectly.
