Expected Behavior: Email with authentication link sent to member

Steps to reproduce

1) Access web site: cctmportland.us/ (club #9521)
2) Type in first name of member david j. (that's me)
3) Select member from drop down list
4) Leave password field blank
5) Click Authenticate link

Actual behavior: No response from web site. No email with authentication link sent to member.

Issue reported by new member, victor f. on 10/22/2012

Reproduced by me on both IE 8 and FF 14.0.1 on 10/22/2012

drj0402 Topic Author Visitor	Dear Roger, Thank you for the quick reply. This was within the past hour, from US Pacific 4:26 to the present. I think the UI is taking an exceptionally long time to confirm the email is being sent out so users get bored of waiting and close the browser before something is sent. Note: Users with passwords are able to log in. Only users without passwords are not able to access the web site.
