Hello, I seem to for the last 2 days cannot access the TM website. Our club link is marriott.toastmastersclubs.org/, club url is = 8573.toastmastersclubs.org

Is there a problem at this time?

Hi Roger, finally I was able to get into the site, but now there's a problem using the Admin credentials. So I tried to log in as a member, and it is not recognizing my name as you type and it gives your name so you can click on it. It also gives me the message saying the Admin has to add my name in order for me to log in.

I don't know what has happened. I am the Admin, and far as I know everything was fine last week, so to say what has changed, I am not aware of it.

Are you able to assist me with this matter?

What browser and version are you using (Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9; Google Chrome, Safari)?

Yes, all that is set and I did the test. I even rebooted the PC.. that is when I was finally able to access the website today.

Now this is my work PC, so I can change my Internet. We use IE 8

Roger, meant to type "can't" change the Internet version.

I logged into your website as an admin and took a look at your Membership Management info.

Please try logging in as a member again and see if you are able to now.

Steve, thanks I am now able to access the TM website for our club. One other thing I notice and unless something has changed. I thought we could see all meeting agendas unless we delete them since they are not archiving... I am only seeing back to Sep 4. I don't delete them.

Just below the select an agenda drop down is a check box for see all agendas. Check that box and you should see the entire list.

Glad you can access your club's website now.

Regarding the agendas, in the last FreeToastHost system update, an agenda list filtering feature was implemented to minimize the number of agendas listed in the agenda selection drop-down to just show the agendas occuring in the last 45 days. All of the agendas are still there... you just need to click the "Show all agendas" check box under the selection list so that the list is updated to show all of them.

This feature was implemented in lieu of an archiving feature... it was deemed to accomplish the same objective as archiving.

Yes, I am aware of the update, and I know to click the "show all", and did that, but still only the last 3 are showing (sorry for before I stated I could see back to 9/4- I meant to say 9/18).

I tried again this morning, and I see it may be the order I did it in. This time I clicked "show all" prior to clicking on the drop down arrow and now I see all agendas. Boy, ORDER does make a heck of a difference.

Yeah, order is important.
The checkbox forces the drop down to be repopulated with all of the available agenda dates.
Need to do that before viewing the list.
