Hello all,

I am able to access our site's administration console as well obviously a regular member. Due to some difficulties we've had lately with members "forgetting" to sign up for roles, at least for the next couple weeks, we are taking volunteers for roles at the end of the meeting and signing them up just to give everyone else an idea of what is filled/open as we get closer to meeting time.

I can not in any way figure out how to add someone for a role. When in the admin console and viewing any agenda, I am able to remove people from roles but not adding. Is there any way this is doable? I would rather just do it myself than having to hunt people down through email to get them to sign up.

If you are the admin or the VPED click the pencil at the top of the agenda, then you can select the people for the roles from the pull downs.

Don't forget to save after

Thank you very much for the help. I had forgotten how simple that was. Haven't done it for probably 6 months. I should really write this stuff down somewhere.
