We are using firefox 16.02. When using icon "print multipule meeting sign up sheet" the screen output are not consistent with the actual meeting sign ups. On the same report, on the top right corner, there is a link for legacy XLS support, when click on this link, the result XLS sheet will show the correct user sign ups.

Additional question, why the legacy XLS support show that? even 0 duration.

Different reports for different functions

One would expect "Legacy support" is the same report for comparability reason.

Anyway, I got the point, just other's may got confused also.

Still have problem. Even for those role with time, when using role report, some signups will be missing in html report, while will be in the legacy XLS report download.

thanks for your reply. We are currently assign users to the role. So in this case, two users are assigned to each role already.
Why they are missing from the html report?

I think I see the problem. The agendas are using the same roles more than once, but they are not "keyworded" with askerisks around them, therefore the system may not handle them as you expect.

Timer and Grammarian (Formerly Wordmaster) are listed more than once in the agendas... you need to put askerisks around them so that the system properly treats them as multiple instances of the same role. (single sign-up)

In this case, I believe you are seeing blanks because I think the system is showing the second instance of the roles which do not have anyone signed up.

I went into your website and added an example agenda for 7/19 based on your 7/18 agenda, except that I added askerisks to the Timer and Grammarian (Formerly Wordmaster) roles. I signed up Janet for the Grammarian (Formerly Wordmaster) role and she is showing up properly on the Multiple Meeting signup report for 7/19. (I did not add people to the other roles for the sake of expediency.)

Please use the edit button to compare my example 7/19 agenda to your 7/18 agenda... look at how I added the askerisks to the Timer and Grammarian (Formerly Wordmaster) role titles.

You can use this example agenda to update your default template or you can delete it. I just wanted you to be able to see specifically what I am referring to with "keyworded roles"

Thanks you so much for set up the example. I will modify our default template now to make the correction. This had been a show stopper for us to adopt the tool. I really appreciate your help to address this issue. I will setup more agendas and hopefully we can make the move to release it for general sign ups.

A recommendation:

When you make the correction, I would advise using *Grammarian* (Formerly Wordmaster) instead of *Grammarian (Formerly Wordmaster)*. I simply did the latter in my example to limit confusion with the point I was trying to make.

Reason: While keywording the Grammarian part of the role title will cause only that word/phrase to be listed on the Multiple meeting sign-up sheet, you will find that you also probably prevent a future issue with role history. For instance, if you were to now use *Grammarian (Formerly Wordmaster)* and then change it in the future to just *Grammarian*, you would find that you would have two roles showing up in role history for the same thing (because they look different to FTH2). However, if you now use *Grammarian* (Formerly Wordmaster), and then later change it to *Grammarian*, you should still only have one role showing up in the role history reports, because the part between the *'s is what is looked at when matching up roles for the role history report.
