1. The "search..." box above searches the Docs & Forum Posts. The "Search" tab above just searches the Forum Posts. :side:
Please use these to search for your issue *before* creating a new message topic, as your issue may have been previously solved.
2. Please put your Club # and Club Web Address in your Forum Signature (best) OR in each post to get faster support from us.
Click here to edit your signature at the bottom of the Profile Information tab.
3. Our user and admin docs are available at: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc "There's a doc for that!" ;)
4. There is an "Opt In" Feature for newly added members. The Opt In document explains the strikethrough member information. Click Here to View the Post
5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

Hello Rodger,

I'm the new VP of Public Relations for Saturday Savants club number 00000623

Unfortunately our club has forgotten the password, email address or person that was
keeping the site up to date.

I need to access the site to make modifications and was hoping to gain access so
I can begin updating and using it to promote

Any help would be appreciated...

1) we really need your club number in every post.

2) we do not support www with the toastmastersclubs.org subdomains

3) you need to submit a change request www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/

1. Club Number: 00000623

2. So somebody in our club added the subdomain name... No worries...
I just want to have access to our site to update it.

3. The change request doesn't seem to be working... The refresh symbol just
keeps cycling when I enter my club number... Attached a screen shot

At one point a prompt came up saying Whoops and listed my club name and address
but the only option was to CANCEL...

i entered your information and the form worked correctly

You will be notified once one of the contacts confirms or denies the request.

If these confirmation email addresses are not correct you will need to update your club contact information with Toastmasters International, then once the new club contact e-mail address has been updated, resubmit this request.

If you follow the link in my forum signature below, it will take you to where you can just put your club number in your forum message signature that automatically gets put on the end of each message you post on here. That way you do not need to remember to manually put your club number in each post, since it is done for you. simpler is better
