Hi
Our club uses V2. We used to have V1.
We have a group email address of This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
When I send an email to this address, it always sends to an old email address for one of our members. If other members send the group email, it goes to her correct address.
I have deleted her old address from my personal address book plus I have deleted This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and re-added it.
The address is correct in our membership listing on the website in the admin pages and it is correct in the member's profile.
I am stumped.

After some digging on Google, I was able to determine that your club number is 4731, 4731.toastmastersclubs.org/ or www.lilydaletoastmasters.org.au It really helps us if you leave your club number in your messages or if you put it in your forum message signature.

We still need the name of the member whose email address is giving you issues. Is there anything "special" about the email address that you are trying to send to? For example, my Gmail email address begins with a number, and sometimes I run into issues because of that. Some websites don't consider an email beginning with a number to be valid.

In any case, once we know the name of the member whose email address is giving you issues, Brian can check the email logs to see if there is anything unusual there.

Sorry I didn't give you the club number. It is 4731. It's now early morning in Australia. I was asleep! The members name is Christina Parker. So you are confirming that the email sent from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. is going to Christina's correct email address. Christina has said that she does receive at this correct email address when anyone but me sends it. When I send from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., the email goes to her old address. How could that be?

As you can see from the log trace below her ISP is accepting the emails your are sending she will have to ask them what they are doing with the emails.

Are you able to check the log trace on an email with the subject Today's Speech-a-Thon sent by me on 19/01/2013 9:19 PM (Melbourne time)? It was only sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in the TO:
Christina said that went to her old email address

However Nola Sharp sent an email with the subject "Advanced Manual" on Thu, 31 Jan 2013 17:50 (Melbourne time) and the email was successfully received at Christina's correct email address.
