Portions of the internet are unable to connect to the host at 50.19.253.65. A trace shows that TCP connection requests are blocked between Amazon's subnet at 216.182.224/24 and the host, or at 50.19.253.65 itself. ICMP and UDP also appear to be blocked. Packets originating from 199.21.136.0/24, as well as TCP's from several open HTTP proxies on the internet are blocked.

Also, email from mail.toastmastersclubs.org to mail.gamma-4.com appear to be blocked.

The TCP connections have been blocked for about a month or so. The problem is consistently replicated over time, however, a connection was successful once about a week or so ago.

The problem is preventing us from accessing the site.

Thank you.

1) As most internet proxies are used by people who wish to be anonymous because they are doing things they should not be doing they are often blocked quickly.

2) We do not support ping or any ICMP or UDP access as it is not required

3) We have removed the block to 199.21.136.0/24

Thank you,
