How do I (as administrator) give other members access to update their speech details? As it stands now, I as site administrator am the only one who can update these details on the agenda. I cannot do it when I am logged in simply as "member" only.

I know that I can change the other roles as "sign up" roles that way the members can go on to the web site and sign up, but I cannot figure out how to give them access to update their speech details.

Every thing appears to be ok with the agenda from my screen. Members that are on the agenda should already have access to speech details when they are logged in.

Is it specific members having issues?
What browser and version are they using?
Have they deleted their cache and have their cookie settings set up for FTH2?

Hi Roger:

I have tested the settings for the IE 8 which I am using and adjusted them. Then logged into our club web page just as a member, not as Administrator. Under the Agenda I cannot edit or update the Speech details for any of the speeches. I wanted to be able to allow the members to go in to the agenda to do this before the meetings so that I did not have to collect that information from them prior to the meetings and do it.

Is there a way to give them access to do this?

Angie you are not one of the speakers so you cannot change the speech details when logged in with your member id.

If you log in as the siteadmin or as any member using their and and the siteadmin password then you can change their speech information.

I logged in as Ikende Bongolo and added the word "intro" to their introduction.

:ohmy: YES! I see it now. I actually am a speaker on the next meeting agenda and see that I can change my speech details. So they can do it!! I was not seeing it this way before. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!
