I want to Set up six weeks of meeting agendas so members may prepare their speeches ahead of time. Every time I do this , I must being doing something wrong, help! Thanks again, you are a lifesaver!!!! Can we leave theme in the box at the bottom.

Most likely, you are forgetting to select a template from the drop-down.
This is a change from when you were admin before.

Where do I get the default copied agenda ?
From the set up process? does it state agenda default 1.5 hours?, How do I know I have the correct one?
Make a list of directions for me . Thanks.

Take a look at the agenda on March 31. Is this what you would like?

This one is saved as the Default agenda 1: 90 minute meeting.

It has a 15 minute social time from 6:45 to 7, then opening by Sargent At Arms, then president, TM, Gen Eval etc.

When our club had a contest recently, when the judges came over we didn’t have that 15 minutes listened on the agenda like you had and we realized it made some people/judges angry that we didn’t start on time. We knew the routine, others or newcomers didm’t understand our way of being. Would that fix that problem? I guess it would. You know that we don’t meet on the 5th Tuesday of the month…FYI.

Our VPE doesn’t use the fth2 for our weekly meeting. She uses the four colored logo from TI website instead. I like the format on fth2 it makes it easier to learn the protocols for new members and refreshes our memories for us old timers.

Sergeant at Arms instead of Sergeant at Arms, right…Do I have to click on the 3.31.2013 to make the copies of the agendas for the next 6 weeks of schedules. I want to pre post on the website so our members can sign up ahead of time and prepare for their roles. plus our guest speaker April 16, she will be the only speaker. as a group we haven’t discussed anything about that yet. I will have to remind them about that at the bottom of the list .Lisa

I sent you a note , did you get it? review how I set up the agendas again form beyond 4-16-13 as I forgot how to do set it up beyond that date.

When logged in as administrator, click on Meeting Agenda/Create New
Click the + icon
Click on the date in the bar, then click on a new date
In the drop-down, click on the template you want to use.
Click on the start time confirmation Yes button.
Click on the Save button.
Make any changes you need to make (or you can come back to them)
Click Close and repeat the process for the next one.
