From: Douglas Swisher
Club 1412316
Toastmasters@GE tmge.toastmastersclubs.org/

As administrator I added a new member to the membership list. He received the Welcome message, so I know that his email address is correct. But when he or I try to authenticate his User ID to set his password, he never receives an email to set his password. I attempted to do the same with my own account and also did not receive an email to change my password.

Can you help?

I checked my junk-mail folder. Nothing there. I checked my spam sources, no issues.
I'm not having a problem with other emails from FTH such as the agenda mailings. I understand that may work differently because it comes from a person in the club, not the FTH system directly. What sender address should I be looking for if I can find a safe list to put it in?

I did some additional checking. Because I have two email addresses listed under my name, I discovered that I esd receiving the email on home email account but not my work email account. I added that email address to my safe senders list at work. I did get an authentication email after repeating the authentication step.

Thanks Roger. Problem solved. :)
