Hello,

Is it possible for us to have multiple users be able to create agenda or is that functionality limited to the VP of Education?

There is only 1 site admin user and password per site. How you club manages that user and password is up to your club.

Remember the site admin and VPED can create agendas

and

The Toastmaster of the day and Chair/President of the meeting can change the agenda they are assigned to.

Also, there is no reason that you cannot put up several meetings worth of default agendas ahead of time. My club has them already on line through the end of 2013 including the fall speech contests.
