I am Club President and my (generic club) email address and that of another long departed club member are listed as the contacts for admin purposes on our Free Toast website.

I have tried logging in to the site but I cannot remember the password, and although I clicked on the 'Forgot your Password' link, I have no notification of how to gain access to the site. If the instructions are going to the other email address I have very little hope that the individual will respond or forward the information to me.

How can I gain access to the site - I also submitted a Change Request but have not received an acknowledgement of that either.

Currently the resets are going to Rob's email. make sure the contact information on the Toastmasters International site Find A Club page is correct, and then submit a change form. If the club gmail account is the correct one, you should get an immediate response: www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/ check your junk folder as well though.

RogerM Visitor	Helen, You share the password with as many members as you need, depending upon your club. If you both want email notifications of password issues, you will have to use an email address you both can access.
