I have uploaded a photograph for one of our members, but the cropping hasn't worked too well so I have cropped it myself and reloaded (in Membership Management) and saved (twice). I get a message that the photo has been loaded and at that stage the photo icon replaces the original photo. The original photo still displays, not the updated one. I know it can be changed in "Edit your Profile", but I am trying to do it for him and don't have access to his profile. I am not sure if you can help - maybe you can delete the photo (it is for our Sergeant at Arms)

Also - I see from the "Keeping Your Profile Up To Date and Complete" page that the web admin can make a member's profile public - how/where do I do that?

Moved to Support Requests for you.

The site admin can't make a member's photo public; only the member him/herself can do that.

As for the other issue, yes the photo with the head partially cut off is still there. You should be able to upload another photo over the top of it. If that's not working, then Brian (admin) will need to have a look.

If you do not like the way the system is cropping the image do it your self before you upload the image 100 px by 100 px

Therein lies my problem Brian - the new (cropped) image I am uploading shows as being uploaded (I see the progress bar and then the upload sucsessful message), but it doesn't override the original. I have tried that 3 times (I thought I might not have pressed the save button, logged in and out to make sure I wasn't seeing the wrong image). Is it possible for you to delete the image for me?

Thanks - I managed to delete it but still only had the image icon showing after uploading. I suspect the problem might have been that the file was too big (940kB .bmp file). I have converted it to a 23kB .jpg and that works beautifully.
