Hi,

Several members of our Club, No 561, 561.toastmastersclubs.org/, cannot login any more.

Unlike before, they don´t receive any authentification eMail with a new passwort.

I tried to enter different eMail-adresses, but no authenthentifcation key comes.

As the site administrator I can log in as any member with the admin passwort, but this is no long term solution.

The Membership Roster on our Club Central section of the toasmasters.org website shows the correct data of those members.

Thank you!

What really matters is what is entered in the Membership Management section of the admin console. The membership info in FTH is not at all connected to what is in Club Central. They are two different lists that your website admin has to keep in sync.

So, can you give us an idea of which members are having issues so that we can look into the situation?
Just first names of the members should suffice.

To trace what happens with the authorization emails I will need to know at least the first names of the people who are having issues receiving the emails.

As far as logging in problems if they are using IE is must be at least version 8 +
Have them check their cookie settings to this FAQ

Thank your for your responses! The cookies seem to be the reason, indeed, at least for one of the members. I´ll suggest all of them to check their browsers/cookies. The eMail-adresses in the Membership Management section admin console are correct. I entered different test eMail adresses into the admin console, not into the club central section a few days ago, but with no effect, now it works, after I deletet my own cookies.
