In vain I've tried to make this section consistent. What must I do? Starting with "come for the fun..." and forward, the size and font is different. Bill Ardis

Are you ready to have some fun? And become an excellent speaker along the way?

The ASBC Toastmasters Club was chartered in December, 2008. An open-to-the-public group, we are the only Tuesday-morning Toastmasters Club meeting in the greater Tyson’s Corner/McLean area. We meet on the second Tuesday of each month from 7:50 a.m. until 9:15 a.m., with an occasional meeting on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Our meetings work well for the busy professionals who comprise our membership.

Our members collectively mirror the business profile of Northern Virginia: government contractors, IT professionals, business strategists, business developers and others. Our meetings are attended by senior professionals at the peak of their careers, young professionals aspiring to greatness, and everyone in between.

Our members include novice and experienced speakers. Some of us are anxious about speaking in public. Others make it look easy. But everyone is welcome and challenged to do their best! The environment we create together is warm, friendly, collegial – and frequently funny. Hence, our invitation to visitors: "Come for the fun; stay for the learning."

We meet at the offices of Cougaar Software, 1945 Old Gallows Road, Ste. 100, Vienna, VA, a few blocks away from Tysons (formerly known as "Tysons Corner"). If so DO NOT do that. copy the text into notepad remove all formatting, then copy and paste from notepad and format using the online editor.
