I added a new member to our membership list. The new member gets the Welcome email with instructions for setting a password. But never receives the email to reset his password. He has check the company spam filters and the address is not being filtered out. Any hints as to what to look for next?

The emails are being accepted by the GE server, you will need to talk to your IT folks.

I sent the welcome email and it was accepted by the GE server.

I sent the password authentication request and it was accepted by the GE server.
