I used to find a text area (box) where I could type in a new member's info to our club membership in the Membership Management section but I could no longer find it. What do you think might be the problem?

The new member is already on the member roster and has received her ID from Toastmasters. What should I do?

To add a member you go to the admin console > Member Management pull down > add member and information in the big box and hit save

It is the big box that you clipped off at the top of your screen shot. It is there.

The big box doesn't contain the new member's name, that's why I wanted to add his name but I could not find the text area to enter the new member's name and info.

I can'i select the new members's name because it's not shown on the list. I'm hoping to see and select "add new member" to view a text area but I can't find it.

You just type the new member's name and contact info at the bottom of the information already in the big box and click on the save button at the bottom of the form. There is no special "add new member" button or separate text boxes. From the documentation I cited above:

Adding Members

In the first field, you paste/enter your members.

Examples of valid entries:

Thank you so much for putting in your response, "just type the new member's name and contact info at the bottom of the information already in the big box". Because the big box contained a pre-filled data (names), I didn't realize I'm allowed to modify the content directly without going through a separate text area.

I made a mistake in expecting/looking for a button to click on (to find a new text area) before entering names. Thanks again for your help.
