Dear Support Team,
My club is also experiencing difficulties with email not being received. Our Toastmaster for this week sent out reminder emails about our meeting to individual members, and many did not receive his message.

On a separate note, I am also getting "mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" error messages when I attempt to send emails to certain club members. Here is an example of what I've received:

A few of my other club members have reported receiving similar error messages. Can you help please?

1) Please do not jump anothers post.

2) The people who use AOL have to go to AOL and tell AOL to white list toastmastersclubs.org

AOL is extreme to the nth degree in blocking email and there is nothing we can do to change that.

this is what the AOL message means

554 RLY:B1

This error message is a dynamic block on our system. Dynamic blocks are placed on an IP address when the IP's statistics break our threshold. These are automated blocks that are removed by the system within 24 hours once the complaints are again below the threshold.

My apologies for jumping the post. I will start a new post for future issues.

Thank you for the information. I will have my members with AOL get in contact with their provider to whitelist toastmastersclubs.org.

Hopefully that does the trick!
