Hello. Please see the email string below. Several members of the Buffalo Toastmasters are not receiving emails using toastmaster emails.

Any assistance that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. email addresses involved:

Hi Paul,

So you might have heard...I am not getting any emails from this group email address. I thought you and I had resolved this, but when I look at the emails around March 4th I realized all we checked was that I could send emails using the club address, but I never received them.

I tested our website by forcing it to send me authentication information for my password. That worked....it was sent to my This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. account as expected.

I then tested by sending emails from the website to the members@buffalo--blah--blah address....I didn't get an email, but Walter did. I also tested members-2438@blah--blah just for kicks and the same result....Walter received it, but I did not.

I checked my profile and the email address seems to be right. Nothing is appearing in my spam folder so my guess is that somewhere magical goblins are eating up my emails from Buffalo Toastmasters. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

It's possible that at least Roger is having this problem as well -- I cc'd him directly on this email to see if he received the emails below. Roger, there were also emails about new members tonight....I didn't get those either.

Is there somewhere else an email for me could be logged that is causing this issue?

Help me...I feel so left out :-(

When Debra is sending the emails is she putting anything in the CC or BCC
Is she putting anything besides This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in the TO ?

No, sounds like she is using "To" only.

Per Dorrie:
"My problem isn't with sending. ...I have used the members@ with no problem
My problem is with receiving."

It sounds like Dorrie (her email listed above) is not receiving any BTM emails.

A quick update regarding BTM meeting agendas.

Branded Toastmaster meeting agenda templates have been uploaded to the BTM website. This includes black/white & color.

To access the agenda templates logon to the BTM website using your BTM credentials. On the left side of the window you should see a link for "Member Downloads". The templates, in Word format, can be downloaded from there.

You need to make sure the email addresses are correct in membership Management

We found Dorrie's error. In her profile she put the SAME email address in both boxes and did not put a tick in the send to both, as the same we in both no email was sent.

i have removed the duplicate email address. and told the programmer.
