Hello!

I am not able to get new club mission to show up on meeting agendas. The old mission is still there on agendas which were created previously and on new agendas that I try to create. I was able to change the mission statement on the meeting agenda which comes up under agenda management of site administrator.

You need to change the agenda header in the Admin console > Meeting Agenda Settings then any new agendas will have the new mission.

Do not worry about historical agendas

Any future agendas already created will need to be fixed manually

I discovered that I will have to create a new default agenda. All of the existing default and other agendas created previously for certain days, will not give me the new mission statement when I hit the + to create a new agenda.

Use one of your existing meetings that has the agenda the way you want, edit that agenda, scroll up click on the Meeting Agenda Settings > and click the "Save this agenda as a default agenda"

...unless there is a way that I can change the mission statement on one of my future agendas so that I will not have to create a brand new default/agenda.

Yeah! I was able to do what you said. This opens doors to my ability to modify agendas and create and save defaults. Thanks!
