Dear Administrator,

I no longer can access my profile on my site and I'm really confused why there is not a link to recover your login/password. I am a member of club #5232 adelante.toastmastersclubs.org/. I would like to reset my password and or username. This username and password is not the same one I use for TI International, but why not? Please advice so I can recover my profile. Thank you.

Your FreeToastHost login has nothing to do with the Toastmasters International site.

To reset your password, click on the Member Login, then enter your first name or email address. Your name and FreeToastHost number (NOT your TI member number) will be shown directly below. Click on that box, then click on the login/reauthenticate button.

You will immediately receive an email at the email address listed in the club website. Check your junk folder as well. Click the link in the email to set your password.

Thanks Roger, I think Google Chrome was not allowing the name dropdown. Thanks for the instructions, I'll reset it now.
