We really like the agenda report and see an opportunity to use the Agenda as our meeting record. In order for that to work, though, we need to be able to "un-volunteer" someone who was a last minute no-show. Another option would be to mark the agenda item so that it doesn't appear in the Agenda Report.

We can't leave it up to the volunteer to correct the agenda. Do any of the officers/roles have the ability to vacate a role for someone else?

The site admin and VP Education have full authority to change the agenda's at any time. Before, During, After a meeting. In fact someone MUST update the agenda after the meeting to ensure the historical agenda record remains accurate.
