Hi,

The Toastmaster for our upcoming meeting on 6/3 has tried several times to send out the agenda using the "E-mail This Meeting Agenda" button, but the email has not been delivered. I also just tried it myself - making sure the "Send to all club members" box was checked - and it didn't work for me either.

Club # is located in my signature - any help would be appreciated.

It worked for me, once you click send you have to wait for the popup to close.

Thanks, Brian, but I don't understand your answer.

I just tried it again, and in my browser (Firefox 17.0.6), clicking on the "email this meeting agenda" button brought up a popup, where I added custom text (Test test test #2) and selected the checkbox to send to all members. After I clicked the "Send E-Mail" button, the popup window showed the TI logo and "E-mail Sent!", and then the Send E-Mail button became grayed out while the close button was still active.

You are right in that the popup eventually went away - after something like 2 minutes - but still, neither I nor our club president received the email that I tried to generate. I also did not receive the email that you show in the log snippet, and it doesn't make any sense to me that waiting for the popup to close on its own would somehow be different than clicking the "close" button after the confirmation is shown.

FWIW, we are able to use the members and officers lists successfully.

The emails are being sent and accepted by your email server. You need to get in contact with them and give the the log extract from the previous post.
