How can I update the officer email address included in This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ? This was populated last year by a member who has since left, and I'm not sure how to access it for changes! Thank you.

Use the Assign Officer, Guest, Former Member Status drop-down menus. They are directly below the box with all the member names in it.

You also change members to former members the same way. Then, if they come back to the club in the future, you can reinstate them.

The officer list is automatically set by FTH2 based on which members are tagged with officer roles, as Jane is pointing to. In effect, when you update who your officers are, the list automatically gets updated.
